Stickleback Fish Company offers quality, wild seafood, from the fisherwoman! We catch and sell fresh salmon and make artisan seafood products out of our shop in Homer, Alaska.

Built on a high-quality, low-volume model, we take care of our wild fish like we should from the moment we get our hands on them: bleeding, icing & floating—and we make all of our products by hand in small batches with quality ingredients. No cutting corners, no greenwashing. Just the real deal.

Catching and curing wild fish is a living tradition here in Alaska, bringing together traditions from Alaska Natives and the people who immigrated here — it feels good to be part of that ancient maritime heritage. 

Our products are available at our seafood market on East End Road in Homer, Alaska, and through online orders.
