Stickleback Fish Company offers quality, wild seafood direct from the fisherwoman! We catch and sell fresh wild salmon and make artisan seafood products out of our shop in Homer, Alaska.

Built on a high-quality, low-volume model, we take care of our fish from the moment we get our hands on them: bleeding, icing & floating. We make all of our products in small batches in-house with local labor and quality ingredients. No cutting corners, no greenwashing. Just the rare real deal.

Catching and curing wild fish is a robust tradition here in Alaska, bringing together traditions from Alaska Natives and the people who immigrated here. We are proud to be part of that ancient heritage, and we know that we have to honor the fish and their waters for the traditions to continue.
